Fieldfisher Expands its Innovative Condor Alternative Legal Solutions Platform with a New Partnership with Integreon
Fieldfisher has announced a further significant expansion of its Condor Alternative Legal Solutions platform. It has formed a new partnership with Integreon, a leading global alternative legal services provider, giving greater depth, firepower and scalability to help our global clients meet their growing regulatory, compliance and budgetary pressures.
Condor was launched in January 2017 as an innovative new division of Fieldfisher with the aim of offering clients a flexible and customisable range of price-efficient and process-efficient services, partnering with best-in-class service providers and delivered in a single integrated “law firm backed” package. Condor’s services include: trading and commercial contract negotiation outsourcing, large-scale documentation project delivery and technology-assisted solutions including data extraction and analytics, contract automation, AI and robotics.
Its unique and truly collaborative model now includes four partnerships:
- Cognia Law, a next generation technology-augmented legal services provider with bended shore delivery in South Africa and the EU, announced in October 2017
- Donaldson Legal Consulting, a specialist Belfast-based financial markets contract negotiation team, announced in November 2017
- eClerx, a leading Indian business process outsourcer, bringing class-leading process management, outreach capability and management reporting to our clients, announced at the launch of Condor in January 2017
- Integreon, the newest addition to the Condor stable.
This highly unusual combination of skills and services enables it to deliver legal expertise, contract expertise, project management and processing expertise, and cutting-edge legal technology, all within a single genuinely integrated “law firm backed and managed” wrapper.
Condor has already attracted six leading bank clients and recently won the European FT Innovative Lawyer Award for New Business and Service Delivery Models, recognising its disruptive and client-centric innovation. Having initially assisted its clients with EMIR and MiFID regulatory compliance projects, as well as outsourced contract negotiation, it is currently focussing on GDPR and Brexit solutions among others, and expanding its offering across the corporate sector and Fieldfisher’s wider client base.
Its partnership with Integreon, already recognised as one of the leading alternative legal services providers, allows it to:
- significantly increase its scalability and its ability to work on multiple large projects simultaneously;
- offer its clients the largest multi-lingual capability of any alternative legal services provider;
- offer enhanced price efficiency; and
- expand its range of solutions.
As global companies face an increasingly exhausting array of complex regulatory requirements and compliance mandates, never before has contract management been such a vital, yet cumbersome, area to oversee and administer. Through innovative technologies and a deep bench of compliance experts, Integreon offers financial trade documentation review and repapering, alongside customized GDPR, Brexit and anti-money laundering solutions.
Chris Georgiou, Condor CEO, comments:
“We are excited to welcome Integreon to our Condor stable. Such a high quality alternative legal services provider will enhance even further our ability to provide cost effective solutions to our clients, who continue to face the daunting challenges of controlling or reducing their spend at the same time as having to deal with increased compliance demands. With GDPR and Brexit deadlines approaching, the additional strength and expertise which Integreon brings to Condor will be invaluable to our clients.”
“Our relationship with Condor naturally combines market-leading legal and technology solutions through a community of partners who deliver a truly world-class approach to clients,” said Jeff Davis, senior vice president of global sales at Integreon. “Condor provides a necessary, meaningful complement to the alternative legal services provider market. As the future of law continues to evolve, this partnership provides a concrete solution for global corporations dealing with complex compliance mandates.”
